Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully wrap your item in its original protective packaging and boxing to ensure the fragile antique remains safe during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our curators inspect the item's condition at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
