Antique Yuan blue and white china breakfast cup and saucer set by Wood and Sons

• Early Yuan china marks circa 1916-1930s featuring Rd No656368
  
• Superb bright condition for collectors.
• 3-7/8th-inch rim diameter large breakfast cup with arch handles 2.75-inch tall marked Woods England on a 2-1/8th-inch diameter base
• 6.25-inch diameter breakfast cup saucers rising to 1-inch tall with a 2.25-inch diameter cup well
• Yuan is a widely collected blue & white pattern and is the work of Frederick Rhead
• Very similar to the Furnivals Old Chelsea.
• The central decoration is from an early copper plate transfer
• Fantastic antique condition with only a few fine glaze scratch marks in the cup wells.
• The breakfast cup sets are now incredibly rare and please note these cups will not sit in the saucer well of the smaller teacup saucers made by Woods.
