Very Rare Antique Thomas Till and Sons Pagoda Blue and White Teapot and Stand
Very Rare Antique Thomas Till and Sons Pagoda Blue and White Teapot and Stand
- Absolutely beautiful example of late 19th - Early 20th century English Pottery
- Pagoda Chinoiserie blue and white pattern
- Teapot - One side depicts a pagoda, a bridge and a small figure in a boat. There is a lovely, flowering tree on the other side. There is a blue pattern around the top rim. The theme carries on to the lid with a boat, a tree and the pattern going around it.
- Included with this teapot is a stunning stand. The pattern echoes all of the elements on the teapot with the same blue and white colouring. It is in fantastic condition and is a brilliant addition to this set.
- Unfortunately, as may be expected with a piece of this age, there is a little bit of damage to the teapot and lid. The finial on the teapot lid has a small chip which is mainly underneath. The top of the handle has a small area of wear and there is also a little rough area under the spout (although virtually unnoticeable but we like to be as transparent as possible) Please see photos for more detail.
- Teapot - 6-Inch across, 9.25-Inch Handle to spout, 4.5-Inch tall with lid
- Stand - 6.75-Inch Diameter
