Antique Sampson Smith Wetley China Rare Blossom 9444 Pattern Cup, Saucer and Side Plate Trio

• English Floral bone china manufactured by Sampson Smith 
• Sampson Smith began producing Earthenware in 1846 and moved to Bone China in the 1920s making this an early example of his work in this area. 
• The side plate and saucer have a white centre thin black lines  around the inner and outer rims, with a decorative border of blue and white stripes and finished with pink flowers with green leaves for a beautiful touch of colour. The cup reflects this pattern with a white base, black lines around the bottom and top edges, blue and white stripes around the top, finished off with pink flowers and green leaves. The handle is black and white. It really is an attractive design.
