- Registered Number 290035 from 1896 (only on the milk jug)
- These are early sets and likely made at the Chatfield Works before 1902
- 3.25-inch diameter round barrel rolling scallop rim teacup 2.25-inch tall at the handle peak with round recessed base and rib molded lower 1/4 small peak arched handle and gilt rim and handle detailing
- Hand coloured floral garlands on paper thin white porcelain with a fawn irregular rim infill burnt umber, orange and cobalt palet with gilt overlay
- 5.5-inch diameter saucer with factory stamp
- 6.75-inch diameter round plain rimmed tea or side plate
- In very good bright antique condition with good rim gilt retention, and glaze with tiny inclusions characteristic of late 19th Century R&D porcelain.
