- Antique Copeland spode's Tower England factory marks and stamps and rich dark Copeland blue and white design.
- There is a 1--nch crack in the lid which is stable
- There is a small 1cm crack on the underside glaze of the base rim
- There is extensive antique brown staining on both surfaces of the base.
- Gadrooned rim
- Partial Copeland impress stamp but no dicernable date stamp
- Very rare, hence listed for sale despite the damage as listed
